We built Northaven around one idea: clients deserve the real number, even when it isn't the one they hoped for.
Claire Bennett, Founder
Claire started Northaven in 2009 after a decade in appraisal work, tired of watching homes priced on optimism instead of evidence. Today the team is six people — three agents, a valuation analyst, a marketing lead and a transaction coordinator.
We take on a limited number of clients each quarter so every listing gets a proper campaign and every buyer gets a same-day answer. Around 70% of our business comes from past clients and their referrals.
